Sales development representative - remote position!

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective clients, engage them in meaningful conversations, and secure appointments or leads through various channels, such as phone calls and email outreach. Your ability to identify qualified prospects and initiate effective communication is crucial to the success of our sales and marketing efforts.
Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile.
Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including databases, online research, and networking.
Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products or services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies effectively.
The position is accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, gross profit, and sales goals.
Bilingual (English & Spanish Advanced)
College Degree or equivalent -Bachelor's.
Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B competitive sales lead generation/customer acquisition experience with a strong track record of achievement in producing high conversion of leads to actual sales revenue-generating opportunities.
Experience establishing rapport and building relationships in a sales environment.
Experience using MS Office and the Internet.
High volume lead generation model experience.
The preferred candidate must also be a responsive, proactive team player who is task and goal oriented. Must be timely, detail-oriented, be able to manage multiple priorities, and be a problem solver.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
