In our Operations Department, we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill.
As a Junior Business Development Manager you will work closely alongside our Shared Operations Services team, with your primary focus being our Retail business. You will be responsible for your own projects and develop innovative solutions for our daily business operations, optimize our existing processes and further enhance our portfolio on an international scale.
Your new role
- Be responsible to monitor and improve the operational performance of our HQ Operations team in key topics
- Define process improvements and specify the requirements for short- and long-term solutions
- Take ownership for different projects by planning their setup, implementing your own ideas, managing throughout the projects’ duration and evaluating their successes and points for improvement
- Serve as the point of contact for the local Operations teams as well as other departments within the company to help clarify processes and targets
Your skills
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or in another related field
- Practical experience in operations, project management or a startup
- Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently
- Analytical thinking and good communication skills with fluency in English - verbal and written
- Very good proficiency with MS-Office, especially MS-Excel
