Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Consultant at aTurnos. The Junior Consultant will be responsible for providing support and consultation to clients in effective workforce planning and time management using our software solutions. The day-to-day tasks include assisting clients in setting up and configuring the software, conducting training sessions, analyzing client requirements and translating them into system configurations, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience with our products. While the role is based in Ciudad Real, there is flexibility for remote work.

-Knowledge of workforce planning and time management principles
-Proficiency in using cloud-based software and technology
-Experience in providing software support or consulting services
-Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly
-Fluency in English and Spanish
-A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, IT) is preferred
