Overview: The Assistant will provide administrative support and perform clerical and paralegal duties to the legal department. Responsibilities: Key action areas:
Support the Legal Department in the daily legal work.
Gather, file and record documents.
Open, maintain and close electronic files of the Legal Department.
Review regularly the status of documentation, emails and files of the Legal Department (inbox, outbox and Docusign) and register this information.
Manage contractual documentation by using legalmanagement tools and legal software.
Prepare reports.
Qualifications: Requirements:
Documentalist/Archivist previous experience in a legal department will be valued.
Knowledge of legal management tools and legal software.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in Spanish and English.
Strong organizational skills, effective at establishing priorities, multi-tasking ability and scheduling, time management skills and ability to work in teams.
Familiar with legal terminology.
High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
