What you’ll do & Who you are MISSIONS :
- Prise des appels entrants
- Accompagnement clients dans le processus complet de réservation
- S'assurer que les clients aient tous les éléments nécessaires au bon déroulement de leur séjour
- Conseiller et guider les clients
- Gestion et suivi du SAV
- Suivi des paiements et recouvrement
- Assurer l'intermédiaire entre les clients et les partenaires
PROFIL RECHERCHE : Etudiant Bac+2/3 en commerce et/ou tourisme Français natif + autres langues étrangères (Anglais, espagnol, italien et/ou allemand) COMPÉTENCES : - Savoir communiquer aussi bien avec des professionnels qu'avec des particuliers que ce soit à l'écrit ou à l'oral.
- Bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques.
- Sens du commerce et de la satisfaction client.
- Capacité à solutionner lesproblèmes.
