Lead the SEO team defining roadmaps, initiatives, and priorities while doing problem-solving and thriving in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment.

About the role :
Develop scalable technology solutions to grow the business; creating new innovative solutions that add new functionalities to the current systems and improve the features of the current solutions.
Select, interview, hire and train the talents needed on time to anticipate growth with the help of the talents team.
Inspire the SEO team to continually improve results, outcomes quality and challenge the status quo
As a manager and mentor, you will identify growth and development opportunities within the SEO and content team to architect future success
Manage the cross-functional strategic planning process, lead conversations with key stakeholders, and develop detailed strategies.
REPORTING & METRICS
Effective communication of status of multiple projects, indicators, and releases through reporting.
Measure, analyze and improve key metrics that will make us understand the effectiveness of strategies
Constantly dive into SEO performance metrics to surface new learnings and drive continuous improvements to KPIs
SYSTEMS & PROCESSES
Define, create and organize main documents, information, benchmarks, processes, and checklists needed to execute in the right way the expected outcomes.
Implement scrum, agile or alternatives methodology to ensure effectiveness in project accomplishment and team management.
Design and execute SEO strategies to accomplish the company and team OKR s / goals
Assign and monitor responsibilities for the SEO team members and main areas, including but not limited to : On-page optimization, online reputation management, link building, content marketing, store performance.
Align SEO tactics to support cross-functional marketing teams / channels. Including but not limited to email, youtube, social media, and Google Ads
Report, analyze and measure on a weekly basis or as needed, team results on SEO and referral channels, and external factors influence.
Maintain an overall healthy organic profile for the company and its brands by implementing successful white hat SEO techniques.
