This position will be physically based in South America and you will be able to work with the Global Service Line Management Team Your responsibilities Assist in active portfolio management of the Excel High Performance product line, including product vision and roadmap, product pruning, and annual planning & budgeting Provide Sales and Proposal Support in the form of pricing guidelines, customer agreement support, product overview and training, etc.
Provide high level support to ensure successful implementation of the go-to-market strategy including sales channel strategy, value propositions, voice of the customer, sales & marketing tools, etc.
Ensure commercial and market intelligence are leveraged including : Competitiveness and performance, competitor intelligence, market intelligence, business line profitability, etc.
Support Manufacturing and Supply Chain Development, including supplier selection, manufacturing and assembly footprint, inventory levels, etc.
What you bring Business Education, Technical Education, or Combination Education achievements or experience in key financial business metrics and their drivers.
Experience in serving the mining industry, preferably in extraction and comminution parts or equipment. 5 years experience in product line management and / or sales team management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English. Ability to build and maintain good, professional relationships on all levels with customers and internally Ability to lead and influence team members around a common goal.
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites when needed to support sales growth or relationship management.
