We are hiring the best talent for Jr Brand Manager Listerine, FemCare & SelfCare and Jr Brand Manager Baby & Skin Care CAM to be in Mexico, Colombia (Cali), Perú, Ecuador, Panamá or Costa Rica.
Responsible and accountable for overseeing overall brand strategy and execution in CAM delivering brand results in terms of P&L, market share, innovation, and activations.
This includes working with and aligning with all stakeholders : Marketing, Supply, Finance, RGM, New Business, Innovation, Shopper Marketing, Catman, etc.
Accountable for defining and executing brand plan while monitoring critical KPIs, project progress by always maintaining an end-to-end vision that pursuits continue improvements.
Qualifications and requirements
Experience : Experience in Brand Management, RGM, Shopper Marketing or CBI and Analytics with 3 years total career experience.
Excel : Advance
Others : Communication skills and ability to lead and negotiate. Understanding of Financial concepts, analytics tools and RGM.
