Sr. Specialist Reporting

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

Provide support to the Manager Reporting and analysis position, ensure the creation and constant improvement of tools for KPIs tracking and analysis.

Maintain relationship with key interfaces and develop new concepts with them. Provide general support to the FP&A Team in preparation and generation of

reports for all stakeholders in the market and upload of information into global tools and systems such us grape and IP tool.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create the consolidation of financial country s plans to provide visibility to all stakeholders within LAM
  • Generate RFC and IBP in grape and IP tool for all countries across LAM (submissions in the systems) to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Develop analysis and reporting of financial and operating results for senior leadership via monthly reporting packs and ad hoc reports in time and in full to provide visibility to all stakeholders within LAM
  • Drive month end closing with countries performing checks, reviewing and analyzing data to ensure timely and accurate month end closing
  • Maintain close communication with the countries to understand their actual development and how it relates with their financial plans and provide visibility to Manager Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate initiatives and suggestions to improve KPIs tracking and financial reporting

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
  • Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
