1. Available for 6-8 hours per day for full time consideration
2. Able to answer calls professionally and politely and transfers those calls using the web-based call management system provided.
3. Strong English skills required. Bi-lingual skills preferred.
4. A reliable internet connection
5. A laptop or desktop computer with a camera, microphone, and speakers.

2. Bi-lingual candidates have the opportunity to advance to becoming remote interpreters by taking the free interpreter training courses available only to associates. Interpreters earn considerably more per hour, but require special training or medical interpreting experience.
