The Position

The Patient Support Program Coordinator will improve and expand the contact channels of different patient support programs, positioning them as a Brand, ensuring fidelity to HCP and adherence of patients with obesity and Develop the PSP strategy for the all brands.

Main responsabilities

  • Understand Patient Journey to define and deploy the patient educational strategy for the affiliate guaranteeing best customer experience assuring an effective and efficient use of the available resources
  • Management and coordination of all processes with the external vendor in charge of Patient Support Program
  • Elaborate Patient Support Strategy
  • Oversee and control the budget assigned to the patient support program strategy
  • Ensure a good communication plan to Health Care Professionals, nurses and health institutions about the Patient Support Program

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • 3-6 years of work experience desirable in the pharmaceutical industry and in the field of analytics and strategy development & Patient support programs
