JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing sales opportunities. Ensures that the business is delivered correctly and in a timely manner for the provision of services.

Helps lead all day-to-day sales-related activities with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of sales goals.

MAIN WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary, and not duplicated.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
  • Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the market in general : the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, economic trends, supply and demand, and so on.

  • Gains an understanding of the main expectations of the target customer and the service of the location; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer a better business solution.
  • Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Participate in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and / or close deals.
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of the reserved business (ex. generation of proposals, drafting of contracts, correspondence with clients).

PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Supports the company's service and relationship strategy, promoting customer loyalty by providing service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Serve our clients to increase the participation of the account.
  • Executes and supports the company's customer service standards.
  • Provides excellent customer service consistent with the basics of daily business service.
  • Set a positive example for guest relations.
  • Interact with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels.
