Job Description :

Customer Support Specialist - Multiple openings available for the role of Customer Support Specialist ! As the Customer Support Representative, you will be primarily responsible for providing inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries as well as data entry to internal software.

This temporary to possible hire role offer $16 / HR! Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist include :

  • Providing support to customers for inbound calls
  • Providing follow-up calls to patient calls to answer questions and collect additional data as necessary.
  • Actively listening to our caller’s needs while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic.

Required Qualifications : Requirements of the Customer Support Specialist include :

  • High School Diploma (GED)
  • 1-2 years of Call Center / Account support experience
  • Professional demeanor; attention to detail critical
  • Advance listening and decision-making skills
  • Ability to understand and convey product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment
  • Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
  • High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
  • Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs
