Develop multi-level and multi-functional relationships (CEO, CFO, CIO and Business Unit Leaders) to drive solutions that are innovative and provide value / benefit relative to the customer’s respective business needs; deepen and widen relationships with a longer term focus. Focus on digital transformation and IT services / solutions, by creating value and bringing innovation to a customer’s business.
Leverage existing relationships with Presales (Solution Partner), marketing, Orange Consulting, different domains and regional resources, to expand the customer engagement model and create opportunities where Orange can provide a unique business value to the customer.
Achievement of orders and revenue quotas assigned
Ensure Customer satisfaction
Write account plans for all key accounts with milestones and strategy resume
Provide adequate reports and forecast on time as required
Experience: 6 to 8 years experience in selling IT Services to midsized multi-national corporations.
Must have strong network within Spanish corporations market, competitors and partners.
Experience in creating solutions for customers based on their business and strategy rather than on an individual company’s product offering
Concrete experience in Digital Transformation, IT infrastructure, cloud solutions and/or IT transformation projects.
Proven track record in sales of quota achievement; winning new business; new logos
Experience selling to, and management of, customers with managed services in Telecom services, Data center services, application management and IT transformation
Strong account management and relationship building skills
Fluency in English and familiarity is required.
