The purpose of this position is to keep developing the business relationships with key retailers with 3 crucial objectives :

  • Consolidate the new business model Profitable & Sustainable Growth .
  • Understand and develop omnichannel approach, based on multiformat specialization (shopper).
  • Consolidate the new commercial structure and team under Sell Out Mindset.
  • Total Staff Managed : 9

    Major Responsibilities

    Commercial and Financial Strategic Planning and Execution for National Accounts.

    Seek and find business and Sell Out opportunities and make them happen.

    Lead ongoing negotiation with customers : COB, Payment terms, Volume, Promotional activities, etc.

    Team Building with all company areas to share vision and account’s role.

    Development plan / continuous training for the team.

    Specialized Knowledge / Skills

    Understand and master commercial and financial KPI s (Sell In, Sell Out, Sell Thru, Margin, Turns, Weeks of Supply, Cost of business, Operation Profit, P&L).

    Development & management of successful teams.

    Analysis and creative problem solving / process improvement

    Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork

    Digital Strategy / Tech Oriented / Omnichannel & E-comm knowledge and experience.

    Leadership to make things happen. Sense of urgency.

    Negotiation and conciliation

    Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economy, Industrial Engineer, Mkt or similar.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail channel sales and preferred experience in Soriana Group and Chedraui.
  • Digital Commerce knowledge and experience. Omnichannel Approach.
  • Bilingual
