Sr Sales Manager National Accounts
The purpose of this position is to keep developing the business relationships with key retailers with 3 crucial objectives :
Total Staff Managed : 9
Commercial and Financial Strategic Planning and Execution for National Accounts.
Seek and find business and Sell Out opportunities and make them happen.
Lead ongoing negotiation with customers : COB, Payment terms, Volume, Promotional activities, etc.
Team Building with all company areas to share vision and account’s role.
Development plan / continuous training for the team.
Specialized Knowledge / Skills
Understand and master commercial and financial KPI s (Sell In, Sell Out, Sell Thru, Margin, Turns, Weeks of Supply, Cost of business, Operation Profit, P&L).
Development & management of successful teams.
Analysis and creative problem solving / process improvement
Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
Digital Strategy / Tech Oriented / Omnichannel & E-comm knowledge and experience.
