Main Purpose of role :
Under the supervision of the Associate Creative Translation Manager, the Associate Translation Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Global Translation team.
Moreover, he or she assists the Senior Translation Coordinator with workload alignment and coordination tasks with audio-localization, eCommerce translation as well as toys and games packaging adaptation projects.
Specific Responsibilities / Tasks :
Where relevant include SOX responsibilities) Provide operational and administrative support with all global assets Perform various tasks to assist the Senior Translation Coordinator such as : workload tasks count, due date updates, assignments, Holiday alerts preparation, etc. Run reports to review assignments Assist in the creation and maintenance of translation glossaries in collaboration with the Terminologist Support Translation Coordinators under the guidance of the Senior Translation Coordinator with various tasks : Coordinate local market approvals Send updates made by market approvers to the Brand Translators or the translation agency Upload Ecommerce descriptions to our workflow system Review artwork to make sure all languages / graphic elements comply with the specific Hasbro standards / style guides Mark-up PDF files with any required artwork changes for the graphic designers Prepare and format the translation documents on all projects Communicate any relevant information to the Brand Translators and the Terminologist to ensure translation memory maintenance Close and archive projects Perform project data entry related to project kick-off and for revisions for reporting purposes Request to archive eCommerce product descriptions on the server Assist with tasks kick-off, task completion, download reference files received for adaptation and archiving of documents Provide support for the maintenance of the team’s Access database Perform project data entry for revisions of toys and games packages and instructions done by Rhode Island for reporting Maintain office supplies for the team Support the management team with various administrative tasks (catering for team events, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) Assist team as required on new projects or initiatives

Qualifications (education, experience and certifications ) College degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field Minimum of 1-year relevant experience Excellent computer knowledge and skills Excellent communication skills in English Experience in the consumer product industry is an advantage
