Service Manager

  • IT Service Manager (ITIL Certified preferred)
  • 6+ years of Experience in Application maintenance and support project. Good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM process
  • 3+ years of exp in working in ITSM environment
  • Should be well versed with Incident Mgmt, Change Mgmt, SRS, Prb Mgmt
  • Should be able to track and achieve SLA, backlog, ticket closure rate KPIs
  • Should have excellent team building and communication skills
  • Good client handling skills
  • Experience in Healthcare domain or Hosp Information Systems will be advantage
