Job Description


For the consolidation and expansion of our e-Commerce activity in Iberia, we are looking for a Consumer Affairs Representative with knowledge of Portuguese & Spanish.

This position has as main responsibility the account maintenance of www.skechers.es & www.skechers.pt, which involves the following tasks:

  • Monitor Order Flow: Oversee all orders moving through E-com system ensuring high levels of service to consumers at all times
  • Refunds and Exchange: Perform any necessary refund or exchanges in line with company policies and procedures
  • Emails and enquiries: Monitor and respond to all consumer enquiries and from the social networks
  • Research and resolve consumer concerns in a timely and professional manner, within company guidelines and policies
  • Site Maintenance: propose improvement, keep update coupon and discount and work closely with marketing department

Other responsibilities:

  • Working in line with SOX policies and procedures for audit purposes.
  • Providing support forthe Customer Service Department when resources are low.
  • Maintaining communication with other departments (sales, finance).
  • Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as requested / assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in data entry
  • Accuracy (alpha and numeric) and numeracy
  • Ability to interpret documents such as customer orders, e-mails, safety rules, policies and procedures and operating/maintenance instructions.
  • Capacity to work under pressure with peak of high volume of consumers request
  • Portuguese and Spanish bilingual and English intermediate
