Job Description


Mission of the position:

To ensure the fulfilment of customer service level by making efficient use of available resources. To manage together with the warehouse staff the company's stocks and storage locations. To ensure the correct supply of raw materials and other products for the correct execution of the company's objectives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Production planning to meet demand requirements.
  • Receive demand and forecast information from the sales and customer service departments to prepare the master production planand meet the demand without exceeding the appropriate stock levels.
  • Procurement of raw materials and other materials in order to meet master production plan / R&D needs.
  • Inventory management ensuring compliance with the area's KPIs.
  • Ensure proper warehousing by managing the warehouse teams.
  • Negotiation with suppliers to ensure a correct supply of raw materials and an adequate price for the production process.
  • Ensure a level of service in accordance with the standard of each product, ensuring compliance with the KPIs of the area.
  • Manage the dispatch of orders, ensuring adequate logistics for each one of them.
  • Manage the distribution of products not manufactured in our plant, ensuring the correct supply and service to customers.
  • Ensure the correct integration and coordination of the different departments of the company in the supply chain.
  • Manage a motivated team aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Properly manage the master data in the ERP, aligning with the quality policies set by the quality system.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, experience in Industrial Organization.
