Your missions as a Sales Development Representative‍‍:

Generate a maximum of quality meetings for the Sales team.

How ? By identifying, contacting then convincing prospects that correspond to our key targets.

On a daily basis, you will be in charge of :

• Qualifying incoming leads generated by our marketing campaigns (inbound): webinars, social media publications, newsletters, events...
• Contacting by email or phone prospects that seem interesting (outbound) and scheduling meetings for our Sales Managers
• Once the meetings have been arranged, brief the Sales Managers to enable them to conduct an effective meeting
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to offer new acquisition strategies
• Update the CRM (SalesForce)

Who are you?

• 3 years minimum experience, ideally in the HR sector
• Italian or Spanish native speaker and fluent in the other language (Spain or Italian) as well as fluent English
• Results-oriented, you have a proactive mindset and an hunter approach
• You are highly motivated and enthusiastic by the challenge of joining an innovative HR Tech scale-up

Our 3 steps recruitment process:

• 45 mn interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager
• 1 hour interview with the Country Manager
• A Business Case (45 mn) with the Country Manager and the Marketing Manager

Anyway, we do our best to operate your recruitment process within 2 weeks.
