As a member of ADP's EeT Implementation and Project Services Team, the role of the global Resource Manager is to ensure that all resource demand for current and future projects/initiative are tracked and fulfilled.
This role will support in planning, implementing, and delivering resourcing strategies that are best fit to the requirements of the implementation and project services teams, as well as providing reporting and data analysis for the purpose of driving improvements in all areas of the organization.
Responsibilities Project Controls
Maintain current and accurate deployment schedule and its attributes for both contracted clients as well as prospects Responsible for facilitating the project baselining and budgeting process using estimates from the global pricing tool and continuous input from Regional Project and Implementation Managers Manage regular program/project forecast review meetings comprising all Project managers and key ADP stakeholders Maintain project schedules and forecast of effort/role combinations, making updates and adjustments as necessary Maintain an accurate overview of project phase closures providing the necessary triggers for sub sequential processes Involvement on project closure procedure (final invoicing, final baseline review, quality audits, etc.) Record and maintain status for financial billing agreements against project milestones
Project Resourcing
Maintain team overview including information for all staff and external partners: working days, rates, company names, project names Facilitate process for on boarding external contractors - system access, allocation, extensions, user termination Maintain controlled resource plan including assignments, availability, and planned time off - Reflect changes to resource allocation based on changes to project scheduling and rollout Ensure that all resource demand for current and future projects is planned proactively Allocation of qualified resources based on project role requirements and individual's skills / profile, taking into account project budget impact Staffing of ad-hoc requests and gaps, including those of other departments Proactively monitor resource capacity in order to identify potential conflicts and gaps - work with multiple teams to ensure resource coverage is achieved Maintain overview of future staffing capacity demands and gaps - advise on recruitment need Single point of contact for resource status and situation, as well as team manager reference point Actively involved in cross regional and cross departmental alignment of resourcing processes
Financial & Operational Reporting
Facilitate the financial forecasting process and ensure accuracy of reporting (cost by project, capacity planning...) In liaison with Project Managers, ensure forecast effort by project is updated in PlanView- follow % of completion progression, time spent by project by month, costs per month and alert finance on slippage and project at risks Maintain team utilization ratios report - measure time spent on all standard activities versus billable time and follow trends / evolution Performs periodic communications to associates targeting key areas where data is not accurate or timely Support the monthly financial closures by ensuring 98% completeness of time entries and approvals in accordance with the agreed schedule Maintain cost deferment report - highlight main projects where costs cannot be deferred Ensure report accuracy and delivery according to the agreed audience and distribution schedule

Experience / Skills
Experience in a similar role pertaining to project/portfolio controls, resource management, staffing, and some financial understanding Familiar with portfolio management tools, experience with Planview highly valued Exceptional organization, planning and scheduling skills Excellent English level (verbal and written) Good knowledge and understanding of project methodologies At least one year experience with working in implementation projects and with project methodologies Affinity with HR and Payroll business is a plus

University degree or comparable education
