- 2+ years of engineering team lead ormanagement experience.
- Track record of leading complexengineering projects.
- Excellent strategic visioning, planning,prioritization, and organization skills.
- Ability to establish strong partnershipsand manage complex cross-functional relationships.
- Strong communication, both written andverbal, including the ability to work well with people from a widerange of backgrounds with varying levels of technicalknowledge.
- Solid understanding of the fulldevelopment lifecycle, developing detailed technical designs, andimplementation.
- Experience or desire to workcollaboratively in cross-functional teams with design, product,data science, and research partners.
- Excellent problem solving, criticalthinking, meticulous attention to detail and dedication toquality.

Join Apple's Global Siri team as an Engineering Manager todeliver the best Siri experience around the world. In this role youwill beresponsible for managing the engineering team deliveringSiri worldwide. We are involved in bringing innovative solutions tocomplex engineering challenges, with focus on improving the end toend engineering and quality of Siri's experiences across the stackfor our international users. From Speech Recognition to NaturalLanguage Processing, Machine Learning, Big Data consumption all theway to Speech Synthesis. Be ready to architect and develop robustscalable systems for Siri international languages jointly with allthese teams. * Working closely with the Siri Understanding,Experience, Tools, Platform and International teams, manage a teamof language engineers to implement quality products that meet thebusiness goals. * Lead the team responsible for analyzing data andmaking data driven decisions to improve the Global Siri experience;also responsible for data annotation efforts and defining languagespecific representations, conventions and techniques. * Buildambitious engineering plans to achieve international excellence forSiri customers around the world. * Provide regular updates toorganization groups as well as VP-level management.
