In this role, you will be welcoming our customers and governing processes for the following:

Role Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing them with guidance and help in processing their transactions.

  • You will ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules, and you will professionally deal with customers' inquiries in a timely manner.

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages

  • Customer service experience in money transfer operations would be considered a great advantage

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Experience in cash management

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
