Job Description:
Learnt procurement basis on supply and supplier management:
Strategy:
- Carry out mapping of the current supply chain for Airbus Helicopters.
- Evaluate possible alternative providers in Spain.
- Capacity analysis.
- Availability of means.
- Certifications and approvals.
- Type of parts, main raw materials used and main customers.
- Financial evaluation.
- Participation in group MFTs to identify possible work packages.
- Creation of a dossier that shows these alternatives, the information collected and evaluated from each of the identified suppliers.
Provisioning:
- Preparation of aeronautical purchase orders for the supply of material.
- Analysis of coverage and dialogue with different departments to ensure the continuity of the assembly lines.
- Monitoring of missing parts and criticalities.
- Search and evaluation of alternative suppliers.
