Sr Fleet Operations Manager

  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
  • This leader can work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Location is flexible across Spain.

We are looking for a Senior Fleet Operations Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance, availability, and cost of the Fleet in their respectiveregion of Spain. To be successful in this role, this person will need to define the strategy of the team and understand where to simplify or extend solutions for the best outcome. This person will implement use of best practices and play a central role within the larger fleet organization across EU and UK.

Key job responsibilities
  • Cooperation with the stations and other business functions to identify and consolidate vehicle demand especially in regards to peaks and ramps.
  • Consistently innovate and implement best practices in Fleet Operations and Safety across EU.
  • Cooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders in communication of local business needs and understanding of last mile vehicle strategies.
  • Monitoring vehicle pool and pipeline to ensure sufficient capacity is available and escalate on time to avoid shortfalls.
  • Ensure that delivery orders are executed on time in full and in line with highest quality standards
  • Operational escalation management.

  • Masters degree or MBA preferred.
  • Fleet Management experience.
  • Background in mobility services e.g. Car Lease/ Automotive company.
