EMEA Business Analyst

You will be responsible for supporting effective and successful system implementations andenhancements to support the EMEA Business Operations team.

In Partnership the IT team you will leadand coordinate system implementation and enhancement projects (including SAP, Salesforce (SalesCloud and CPQ), EDI, RPA,etc ) for EMEA business operations.

In this role you Define Business Operations team's business requirements, build robust testing planand scripts, run UAT (User Acceptance Testing), train users and resolve issues during hypercareperiod

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop a thorough understanding of EMEA commercial business processes, and work closely with business operations team to bring system improvement opportunities and train team on new features / enhancements / tools.
  • Partner closely with the Global Business Application and IT organizations to perform impact assessment and risk analysis related to the system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT organization to acquire strong knowledge on IT infrastructure and current functionalities
  • Collaborate closely with users in Business Operations including Customer Service and Master Data Management teams, to gain in-depth knowledge of their business processes and requirements
  • Take the lead for the Super User organization and participate in Global Advisory board to identify, prioritize and submit new system enhancements and track their progress
  • As well as managing the systems your role will also involve Delivering remote learning, and / orin-person instructor-led training for system users and creating standard work documents andtraining materials.

    Strong organizational and problems solving skills

    The right person for this role must be self-motivated, demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and be a"results" driven individual with a positive attitude for a timely delivery of agreed uponsolutions.

    Education or Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree OR related work experience (international project management) OR
  • Master's degree OR related work experience OR
  • Knowledge and skills :

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong Experience with SAP implementation
  • Experience with SFDC Lightning and CPQ
  • Experience with EDI preferred
  • Experience with Project Management approach
  • Experience with UiPath (RPA) preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
