We are looking for a Barcelona-based Ecosystem/Community Manager to help us build a thriving community of startups, investors, advisors, mentors and other supporters within and around Norrsken House Barcelona. In this role, you will create a highway of support for impact companies to soar, champion our community, and act as a super-connector within the ecosystem.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career and serve as a highly visible representative of our growing impact ecosystem, and work directly alongside the Norrsken Barcelona leadership team.

Examples of areas of responsibility:

• Lead the growth and engagement of Norrsken House Barcelona’s impact community & ecosystem.
• Establish and nurture key relationships across the technology sector to bridge the needs of the community; inc our investor network, advisors, mentors, impact leaders & subject matter experts.
• Establish outreach initiatives to generate interest and participation from new members.
• Support the growth of our members and ensure they have every opportunity to learn, connect and succeed through community initiatives, our community portal & more.
• Leveraging Norrsken’s broader reach, to help our companies grow (even) faster.
• Represent Norrsken Barcelona at events and summits, host discussions with experts (internal & external) about impact topics and share relevant insights back to our community.

You area good fit if you:

• Are passionate about making the world a better place, and believe entrepreneurship, technology and business can be a driving force to make this happen.
• Have a tech/entrepreneurial background with at least 3 years experience working in a challenging environment. Experience with impact startups is not essential but a big plus.
• Are passionate about connecting people and building network effects: you are a people’s person with strong interpersonal skills. Experience related to community building or business development is valuable.
• Excellent communicator written & verbal. People listen to you when you speak and you can command a room.
• Are driven by teamwork, member-centricity and you put collective interests first.
• Have immersed yourself in the Barcelona tech scene.

It is a non-profit foundation, set up by Niklas Adalberth (previously co-founder & CEO of unicorn Klarna).
