We are looking for a person with a strong analytical background and good skills managing stakeholders to complete our Global Markets Insights Team.
Our team is cross-functional and works side-by-side with stakeholders in capturing, protecting and analysing reliable data to improve Adevinta's products.
You will work in close partnership with our, not only be close to product and business teams by providing high-level analyses and recommendations to help them make data-driven decisions but also will provide support to all our international Insights Teams.
You will definitely make an analytical impact in world-wide Adevinta Marketplaces.
Responsibilities : Conduct and translate quantitative analysis into actionable insights. Be an Insights evangelist and contribute to group-wide data initiatives. Work with Product, UX teams and key stakeholders to measure product impact and identify new features opportunities. Design, implement and maintain KPI dashboards for key stakeholders. Set and coordinate implementation of data requirements and data-quality standards to cover stakeholder needs. Hands-on extraction and interpretation of unstructured data into best-effort confident facts
Main requirements Master’s degree in any relevant technical field such as statistics, experimental sciences (physics, chemistry, etc.), mathematics or economics 3+ years experience in a similar position Extensive experience with SQL Extensive experience with at least one data-oriented programming language such as R, Python or Spark / Scala Expertise in Tableau or other data visualization tools Self-starter and detail-oriented . You can complete projects with minimal supervision Expertise with digital tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Tealium, etc.) Knowledge of controlled on-line experiments statistical methods for hypothesis validation / refutation Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams Fluent in English
Nice to have Experience in e-commerce data analysis Experience with Apache Spark Experience with AWS cloud platform Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
