Descripción de la oferta Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively Be able to take accurate and concise information over the telephone Perform the order entry into the ERP system (SAP) Check stock availability and call the final consumer if there is any issue Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping company Deal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, damages, etc.) Ensure basic maintenance of Operations Systems Prepare and maintain customer order database and issue invoices Email dialogue with the customers and salesforce Day to day filing Roles open in B2B and B2C department
Perfil buscado (h / m) Advanced English and French Customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail / Fashion / Sports B2B Customer Service experience is a plus. Understanding of back-office Operations systems Proactive, problem-solver Computer skills : good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office. SAP knowledge is a plus.
