Job Description


The Summer Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability ratings from within and see how the different teams are working together in the truly CSR business environment. We prepared 13 cross-department paths in different locations, so don’t hesitate to apply to join us for this summer!

We are looking for an intern to join our People Programs HR department in Barcelona for 3 or 4 months. The intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in projects connected to 3 different HR teams: Employer Branding, DEI and Employee Experience.

The intern will contribute to the optimization of the employee journey at EcoVadis at a global level:
  • Analyse employee surveys and propose action plans.
  • Participate in the updating of global policies and guides.
  • Participate in the creation and updating of HR tools and our HR intranet to enhance the employee experience
  • Participate in the management of projects related to well-being and recognition
  • Contributing to designing EcoVadis diversity, equity and inclusion webpage
  • Coordinating employer branding videos creation: following up with participating employees, ordering provided materials, acting as the point of contact to the internal comms graphic designers
  • Drafting social media posts: collecting photos from employees, cross-checking them with GDPR rules, drafting captions for the posts for EcoVadis' LinkedIn #lifeatecovadis, Facebook and Instagram social media profiles

The entrusted tasks will depend on the person's skills and previosu experience.
Qualifications


Creativity
A degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
Experience in the HR-field is a plus.
Good Project Mangagemet and Communication skills
Proactive and Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
Previous experience in designing in Canva would be a plus Interest in diversity, equity and inclusion topics would be a plus

You will be also entitled to a 150 euros monthly allowance for transportation, meals and nursery with the Cobee card. We also participate up to half of the private health insurance contract and provide you with a special envelope for office and IT equipment (as per the flexibility policy).
