Job Description:
Misión:
Manage Customer and Sales requests for Commercial, Logistics, Technical and Service support.
- Enter and administrate orders
- Perform Revenue Generation activities: Lead qualification, Outbound campaigns, Quotations... and create opportunities for Sales and Partners.
Key responsibilities:
Support Customers and the Sales team with order processing, general pre-sales & post-sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer’s satisfaction. Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities.
Level:
Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency:
- Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
- Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.
- Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
