Reporting to the Director International Treasury, the Treasury Analyst is an integral part of the treasury team responsible for a wide range of regional Treasury initiatives to support the company’s growth and operations. The successful candidate should be a great team worker and possess excellent communications skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines given the time critical nature of transactions and daily processes.

The individual will be expected to develop Treasury competencies and gain hands-on experience in several core treasury functions. They should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This position will work closely with counterparts in areas such as accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, legal, and finance shared services.

• Serve as liaison for international bank account management, including opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts including updating signatories and maintaining bank account database within both the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) and online bank portals.
• Maintain cash pool structure in the TMS as well as generate and distribute monthly reporting
• Coordinate EMEA intercompany borrowing, lending, and dividend remittances to the USA
• Support the EMEA Treasury Lead in preparing global cash flow forecasts. This covers both preparation of Global Cash Flow Dashboards and analysing forecastingvariances including making recommendations on how to improve forecast accuracy and reduce variances going forward
• Manage investment administration and reporting activities
• Support regional FX hedging analysis and non-functional cash balance reporting
• Support regional Credit Card Program maintenance
• Perform banking transactions and research/resolve exceptions.
• Assist the Company’s external auditors to prepare and provide the necessary documentation for the quarter and year-end year end testing
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and/or other related duties/projects as assigned.

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and at least 2-3 years of experience working in Treasury.
• An ideal candidate should be highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English.
• Motivated self-starter, hands-on driven, who can manage various projects at the same time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to details.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Treasury Operations
• Prior Treasury Management System experience is desirable
