Technical Support Specialist


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent English; verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to document procedures and processes for non-technical users.

• Problem solving and critical thinking skills also required.

• Understanding of information needed to support business processes and decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate internally and externally in both written and oral form.

• Ability to learn new software and hardware, interact positively with others, and successfully manage time.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Basic coding skills

· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Jscript

· Basic MS Dynamics Familarity

· Demonstrated proficiency in typing and English grammar

· Solid project planning and project management skills

· Must be able to analyze data and provide insights

· Ability to work under pressure and multitask

· Comfortable inter acting with senior management

· Must possess strong time management capabilities and ability to prioritize

· Must be able to successfully communicate via telephone, email, and person-to-person

· Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and strong problem solving capabilities

· Passionate, committed, and high level of energy

· Must be a self-starter, energetic, and results driven

· Basic knowledge on Software Programming is required
