DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO

Requirements:
Golden Atlas is looking for talented individual to join our team and help build and structure of our new office location (Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo) We are looking for people with experience in the area of management, sales, customer service and marketing. Golden Atlas it's an international company based in the US with years of experience on sales and marketing. Our goal is to help US based companies expand their client reach.
This is a Senior Level position and individual applying must meet the requirements, although we encourage new talent and we offer training and career development. The requirements for this position are:
- Must have an Advance English level of communication.
- 5 or more years of experience in management
- 5 or more years of experience in Sales
- Bachelor's degree in any of the areas previously mentioned.
- Reliable form of transportation
- Advance computer skills
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e. G. Fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- Task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast- Aced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements


Responsibilities:
- Help build and structure new office location including hiring, meeting with real estate agents, lawyers etc.
- Managing and supervising the sales team including schedules, attendance, training and couching
- Meeting Sales Goals for the month and quarter
- Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management.
- Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars.
- Manages filing systems and office supplies, maintains IT infrastructure and keeps inventory of orders.
- Oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issues.
- Monitors office management and designs innovative work systems.
- Works with the Human Resources team to update office policies and onboard new hires.
- Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls.
- Plans all in- House or off- Ite activities of the organization.
- Arranges travel processes, including flight and hotel booking, and car rentals.
Compensation:
Base salary 44,000 DOP monthly
Bonus 27500 DOP monthly if sales goals are met.
Commission 2000 DOP daily based on performance.
