Coordinate communication, promotion and publicity initiatives about the work of World Vision in the Dominican Republic, to contribute to the strengthening of institutional relations with the media, companies, organizations, government entities, artists, athletes, opinion leaders, donors, partners and other communities of interest.
Likewise, it coordinates the activities of the Strategic Communication, Public Relations and Marketing plan, in order to generate impact, income and influences that contribute to the positioning of World Vision as an expert in issues of child protection and quality education.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Implement the strategic communication and public relations plans of World Vision in the Dominican Republic, to promote the institution's positioning as an expert in child protection and educational quality.
Support local market fundraising and diversification of office revenue streams.
Facilitate an environment for learning and growing the organization.
Accountability for progress and results related to the generation of content and positioning activities.
EXPERIENCES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Academic degree :
Professional Degree in Communication, Journalism.
Minimum experience of three (3) years in Coordination and realization of corporate events and management with advertising agencies.
Experience in the design of organizational brand positioning initiatives.
Experience in monitoring institutional positioning in the media
Experience in data analysis of the impact of publications for decision making.
Technical Skills :
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Spanish or Native and advanced proficiency in English.
Management of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to coordinate several initiatives simultaneously.
Sense of urgency and relevance in the organization of public events.
