Associate Manager,Supply Planning

Summary :

This position provides the regional focal point for all SCJ Intercompany import and export activities. This position will help to establish Global Affiliate Trade policies, procedures, reporting, rituals, and routines.

This position will also partner cross functionally to drive demand and supply planning activities in conjunction with logistics and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Regional focal point / coordinator and communication of Import / Export activities
  • Establish Global Affiliate Trade policies, procedures, routines and rituals
  • Demand & Supply Planning activities including forecast review / sharing, production & orders
  • Execute and own optimization plans to deliver KPIs.CFR determine baseline and execute; design roadmap to continuous improvementForecast Accuracy determine baseline and execute;
  • design roadmap to continuous improvementOTIF - determine baseline and execute; design roadmap to continuous improvementLead Times determine methodology to establish baseline;
  • design roadmap to continuous improvementAbove Max Inventory execute to target; design roadmap to continuous improvementReduction in supply chain lossesEnsure successful NPD launches on inbound and outbound product;

ensure risks are escalated and communicated to protect supply and optimization plansCompliance to Global Affiliate Trade PolicyOwn cross-regional capacity reviews following the S&OP cycle

  • Monitor and obtain approval for any requested exceptions per policy (excluding markups / pricing)
  • Partnership with Logistics, driving communication & execution to Logistics KPIsContainer UtilizationTimeline from goods produced to goods shippedFull pallets / Pallet UtilizationAir Freight Cost / Usage

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies :

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in optimizing end-to-end Supply Chains
  • Experience in Demand / Supply Planning
  • Ability to drive action and influence decision making at all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands
  • Ability to work within high-performing teams in highly collaborative environments
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ownership mentality
  • University Degree
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Supply Chain experience

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies :

  • Experience in Logistics
  • Greenbelt or above in Lean SixSigma Certification
  • MBA or Advanced Degree
